In your Teezily Plus account, on the top right of each order, you also have a button to Contact Us About This Order. Then you can choose the reason and give us more details about the order's problem.


Our customer service are open 8am - 5pm UTC from Monday to Friday, and 8am - 12am on Saturday. We are committed to replying to your request within 24 working hours. Our average reply time is about 4 hours, which may be a bit longer during the high sales seasons.
