How to check status of an order ?

From your Teezily Plus Dashboard you will see your order history under "Orders." When selecting a specific order, a new window will appear with additional details. Here you will find your order status.


Your order will reflect one of the following statuses:

- Pending : the order has been submitted but not paid yet

- Paid : the order has been paid and is ready to be sent to production

- In preparation : the order has been sent to production and will be shipped as soon as possible

- Error : there is an error for this order. You can see more details on the order page

- Done : the order has been shipped. You can find the tracking number and the tracking URL with the carrier's website

- Cancel : the order has been successfully cancelled

- Refund : the order has been partially or fully refunded by our customer service
